Refund policy

If something was charged that should not have been, here is how it is handled.

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the charge you are questioning.
  • Send your request to help@goalticker-ae.com and our customer care team will open a case for you.
  • Include the mobile number that was charged, your operator, and the date the charge appeared.
  • A short description of what went wrong helps us settle the case faster.
  • We confirm receipt of every request by email so you know it has been logged.
  • Approved refunds are returned through the same operator billing channel that took the payment.
  • Processing time depends on your mobile operator once we have approved the request.
  • Cancelling the subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions, so do both if you need both.
